ConnectTxt for developers
For web and application developers, the XML Post provides a flexible method to interface their own applications with ConnectTxt services.
There are two aspects to the XML Connector:
- Send and receive SMS messages
- Receive delivery status reports for messages that you have sent
The XML requests from your application are delivered to our server using a simple, standard HTTP 1.1 POST. All responses from the connector are also provided to the requesting client as XML.Download latest XML messaging connector documentation for ConnectTxt (v6.8.1)
All the XML Connector functionality is also available using the industry standard SOAP protocol. In addition, the SOAP connector allows your address books to be managed remotely, automatically updating contact information in real-time, including contact groups.Download latest Address Book SOAP connector documentation (v1.5)
